How to Make Your Trophy Whitetail Deer

![]() Maine Whitetail Deer Hunting ReservationsAll of our Trophy Whitetail Deer Hunts are subject to strict guest limits. We strongly recommend you call our friendly reservations staff to make sure there are openings on the week you wish to hunt. A tentative reservation can then be arranged over the phone. PaymentsFor your convenience, we accept Visa and Mastercard, check, or money order. We deal solely with the group organizer regarding all aspects of your reservation. Please do not have individual members of your party call to make changes. It is the group leader's responsibility to inform each member about all of the details and payment policies related to the trip. Additional copies of our annual hunting newspaper are available on request. An initial deposit of $100 per person is required within 7 days of your tentative phone reservation. A second payment of $350 per person is due on or before June 1st. Final payment in full is due on or before September 1st. All payments are non-refundable. Due to previous experiences, we must strictly adhere to this payment policy. Referencing your reservation number when making payments will ensure proper credit to your account. Please have members of your party pay you directly then submit a single payment to Northern Outdoors. Within a few days of making a Whitetail Deer Hunting reservation with Northern Outdoors, you will receive a confirmation letter in the mail, or via email. On the top of this letter you will find your confirmation number. Please refer to this confirmation number in all correspondence with us. This letter contains a complete outline of your reservation and should be reviewed carefully. If there are any discrepancies or changes you must contact us immediately as it may be difficult to make adjustments at a later date. Cancellations & InsuranceAll payments are non-refundable or assignable under any circumstances. We strongly recommened you purchase cancellation insurance should you have to cancel your trip due to an emergency. This protection entitles each participant to a full refund in the event of forced cancellation resulting from personal illness, injury, or death of an immediate family member. Documentary proof of loss from a competent authority is required to support claims. The cancellation insurance fee is 7% of your reservation total. Protection extends to one travelling companion. No refunds or rainchecks will be issued, regardless of circumstance, without cancellation insurance. Participation Agreement FormWe require all of our hunters to sign a Participation Agreement Form upon arrival at our Lodge in The Forks. This form is binding and, when signed, you accept responsibility for any injuries or losses that may occur on your hunt with Northern Outdoors. All prices listed are per person, exclusive of Maine sales tax. |
