Northern Outdoors offers fully guided, multi-day fishing packages to some of the finest smallmouth bass fishing in Maine and the world. We fish remote and beautiful stretches of water in areas so good that we ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE you will catch fish! All fishing is catch and release. Each trip is completely outfitted including transportation, boat, rods, lures, and experienced, expert guides. The 2008 season starts May 17th and runs until September 21st.

This is not off shore bass fishing on huge lakes that resemble the ocean. This is always casting to a rock, a tree, a broken irregular shoreline, or a sunken bar in shallow water. It is seeing the strike and spectacular jumps because the fish are not deep. The water almost never gets that warm. On many lakes the scenery is breathtaking - mountains tower above, the forest is unbroken, and the water is clean and sparkling. The fish themselves are hard and healthy and, when matched on 8lb. test line, they do not come to the boat easily. Maine is truly an undiscovered secret, and one of the best smallmouth bass fisheries in the United States. We provide all fishing equipment.
